Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Last Hurdle website (lasthurdle.agency) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Last Hurdle provides technical auditing, code fixing, and go-to-market services for software applications. Our services include security audits, bug fixes, MVP development, landing page development, and launch support.

Free Audit

We offer a free 5-point security snapshot for AI-built applications. The free audit provides a high-level overview of potential security and stability concerns. It does not constitute a comprehensive security assessment. The findings are provided as-is and do not create any obligation on either party. Detailed remediation work is available through our paid service packages.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payment is due upon agreement of scope and before work commences
• We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards
• Prices are fixed as quoted and are not subject to scope creep

Deliverables

We guarantee delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in your service package. Deliverables include bug fixes, audit reports, landing pages, and launch assets as specified in your agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your codebase and necessary resources
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate information about your application and requirements
• Own or have appropriate rights to the code being audited

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your code and intellectual property. Any code we write or modifications we make become your property upon delivery. We may use anonymised case studies for marketing purposes with your consent.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and code as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee our deliverables, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as user numbers, revenue, or viral success. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver on agreed-upon deliverables, we will provide a full refund. Refunds are not available for completed work or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
